Dimensional Anchor

Travel
Ranged
1 action
1 minute per DL
Diff 15

The target of this spell cannot teleport, phase shift, gate, be summoned, or perform any other sort of dimensional travel for the duration of the spell. They can try to dodge the spell if they don't want to be affected by it.

Plane Shift

Travel
Touch
1 action
Instant
Diff 30

One creature or object is essentially teleported to another plane of existence. This spell must be cast again to come back. Like with teleport, the spellcaster must know the other plane exists and it's position relative to this one.

Summon

Travel
Ranged
1 action
Instant
Diff 20

Teleport a creature or object to you. Their size must be large scale or less, and be within the spellcaster's visual range. The difficulty for the various permutations of this spell is the same as the Teleport spell +5DC. This spell assumes the target is unaware or unwilling. If that is not the case, then it's a teleport spell in reverse, and you can use the difficulties given for that spell. This spell just transports the creature. It doesn't allow you to control it. That's another action entirely.

Phase Shift

Travel
Touch
1 action
1 minute per DL
Diff 20

The subject of the spell shifts slightly out of phase with the world around it. They can still perceive normal objects, but they appear ghostly. The subject becomes invisible, and can pass through solid objects.

Sample Effect Difficulties

Same as regular spell, but for multiple targets. One creature or object per DL can be shifted.

Teleport

Instantaneously transport from one location to another. To teleport, the spellcaster must know the where the destination is located relative to their current position. Otherwise, they can't teleport past their line of sight. It is a good idea for someone who intends to master this domain to also become adept at divination. It is also a good idea to be able to see if your target zone is clear prior to teleporting, otherwise Very Bad Things may happen. This is probably the most difficult class of spells. Cutting across dimensions, even just the spatial ones, is about as arcane as it gets.
